About the Role:
As a dedicated General Practitioner and GP Supervisor, you will provide comprehensive primary healthcare while supporting GP registrars, junior doctors and medical students through structured supervision, education and professional development. You will work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team in a modern, patient – focused practice committed to excellence in clinical care and continuous improvement.
Key Duties:
• Provide high – quality, evidence – based general practice care
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct health assessments and preventative health screening
• Develop and review GP Management Plans and Team Care Arrangements
• Provide Women’s Health, Men’s Health and Children’s Health Services
• Perform skin cancer checks and minor procedures (if desired)
• Participate in Chronic Disease Management and preventive healthcare
• Maintain accurate clinical records using Best Practice software
• Collaborate with Allied health professionals
• Supervision in accordance with RACGP and / or ACRRM standards
Remuneration:
• Percentage of weekly billings - 70%, with flexible terms Accredited GP Supervision

Responsibilities:
• Deliver secure, patient – centred and ethical medical care
• Maintain high professional standards and clinical governance
• Support education and competency development and assist in developing a culture of continuous learning and excellence
• Participate in clinical meetings and educational sessions
Qualifications / Skills Required:
• Vocational Registration (FRACGP or FACRRM)
• Current unrestricted registration with APHRA
• Medicare provider number (or eligibility)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high – quality patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong clinical decision – making and organisational skills
• Accredited GP Supervisor – interest in teaching and mentoring
Relevant Experience:
• Knowledge of Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) and Chronic Disease Management
• Experience using electronic medical record systems
• Understanding of RACGP Standards and Quality Improvement
• Previous teaching, mentoring or supervision experience is highly regarded
