About the Opportunity

HD Physiotherapy is seeking passionate and motivated Community Physiotherapists to join our growing allied health team.

We are currently expanding our community services and have opportunities across the following regions:

North Sydney Region

- Lower North Shore
- Upper North Shore
- Northern Beaches

Inner West Sydney Region

Working alongside an experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll provide high-quality physiotherapy services to older adults and community clients within their homes, helping them maintain their independence, mobility and quality of life.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a caseload within your preferred servicing area while being supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team.

About the Role

As a Community Physiotherapist, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments in clients' homes
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation and exercise programs
- Complete clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner
- Liaise with GPs, case managers, support coordinators and other allied health professionals
- Provide falls prevention, mobility assessments and equipment recommendations
- Promote client independence, function and quality of life
- Travel between client appointments within your allocated service region

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA Registration
- Current National Police Check
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)




- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Highly Desirable

- Experience working within Community Physiotherapy, Aged Care or Home Care Packages
- Experience with CHSP, Home Care Packages and NDIS participants
- Dry Needling qualification
- Strong manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation skills
- Knowledge of falls prevention and balance rehabilitation
- Passion for delivering person-centred care
