Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our clinical team on a part-time basis. This role suits a motivated clinician with 3–6 years’ post-registration experience who enjoys variety, patient engagement, and working in a supportive environment. The successful candidate will provide clinical nursing care, coordinate practice activities, and partner with GPs to deliver preventative, chronic disease and acute care services.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality patient care including wound care, immunisations, chronic disease management, and basic procedural assistance.
- Conduct triage, health assessments, screening, and patient education with empathy and clear communication.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, assist with medication administration, and support continuity of care planning.
- Work collaboratively with GPs and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Contribute to quality improvement, infection control and practice protocols while participating in training and audits.




- Promote preventative health programs and support patient self-management through education and follow-up.
- Management of supplies and consumables

Who we are looking for

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and 3–6 years’ clinical experience, although training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Prior primary care or general practice experience preferred but not essential if strong transferable skills exist.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cooperative team within a fast-paced clinic.
