About the role:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Contractor Speech Pathologist to join a growing multidisciplinary allied health team servicing Western Sydney.
This is a mobile, community-based role where you'll provide evidence-based speech pathology services to NDIS participants across a diverse age range (1 year and above). You'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while being supported by an experienced administrative team. Key responsibilities includes:
- Deliver speech pathology services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised intervention plans.
- Support clients in achieving their communication, swallowing, and functional goals.
- Collaborate with families, carers, educators,
support coordinators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with NDIS requirements.
- Manage your own caseload and appointments with administrative support.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligibility for Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
- Experience or a genuine interest in community and/or NDIS service delivery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Current ABN (required for contractor engagement).
