Remuneration: 40% - 45% commission depending on experience and scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing patient care

Performing within your comfort and experience levels a range of procedures including clear aligners, single to full arch implants, fixed prosthodontics, muscle relaxants, cosmetic, and general dentistry.

Building long-term relationships with patients, and maintaing the impeccable reputation of the practice through exceptional communication and clinical care

Collaborating with our dental assistants and support team to deliver a seamless patient experience

Contributing to a positive and professional team culture

What We're Looking For

Current registration with the Dental Board of Australia

Professional indemnity insurance

Robust clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based dentistry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care

Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment

Strong organisational and time management skills

Experience with digital dentistry and modern dental technologies is highly regarded

A willingness to grow professionally and contribute to the ongoing success of the practice
