Key responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting administrative candidates for locum assignments across Sydney and NSW.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy briefing to placement and follow-up.
- Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in the CRM and ensuring compliance with agency protocols.
- Conducting skills and reference checks to match candidate capabilities with client requirements.

Ideal candidate
- Holds an Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualification and demonstrable experience in recruitment or administration.
