We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (Community) to join our growing Northern Rivers team.

About the Role
As a Community Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes. Working autonomously while supported by a cooperative team, you will play a key role in improving health outcomes and enhancing quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering evidence-based clinical care including wound care, medication administration, and catheter care
- Conducting holistic assessments and developing tailored care plans
- Supporting clients to achieve their goals through enablement and wellness approaches
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and care reporting
- Liaising with families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Providing guidance and support to care staff in the field
- Participating in quality improvement and risk management initiatives
What You'll Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in aged care, community care, or related field is required
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Valid National Police Check must be held before commencing employment
- Australian work rights are required for this position
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with complex care (e.g. dementia, palliative care, dysphagia, tracheostomy care)
- Knowledge of risk assessments and person-centred care planning
- Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
