Practice Nurse – Join Our Caring & Supportive GP Team

We are seeking a compassionate, professional and motivated Practice Nurse to join our busy and well-established GP clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a collaborative team that genuinely values high-quality patient care, teamwork and community connection.

Our clinic provides comprehensive primary healthcare to a diverse patient population, and we are looking for a nurse who is passionate about making a positive difference in patients' lives every day.

About the Role

The successful applicant will work closely with our GPs fellow nurses and administration team to provide exceptional clinical care and support across a broad range of nursing duties, including:

- Chronic disease management

- Health assessments and care planning

- Immunisations and cold chain management

- Wound care and procedures

- Assisting with minor procedures

- Care coordination and patient education

- Triage and clinical support

- Infection control and accreditation activities

About You

- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

- Confident working both independently and within a team

- Committed to continuous learning and quality improvement

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (preferred) or Enrolled Nurse

- Experience in general practice nursing (preferred but not essential)

- Strong clinical and computer skills (Best Practice)

- Current CPR certificate (or willing to obtain)

- Australian Work Rights
