About the role:

Our client is seeking a motivated and passionate Contractor Podiatrist to join their growing team in Miranda.

This is an excellent opportunity for a podiatrist looking for flexibility and autonomy while working within a modern, well-equipped clinic. You will manage a diverse caseload across general podiatry and musculoskeletal conditions, delivering tailored treatment plans to patients of all ages.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conduct comprehensive podiatry assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Provide general podiatry care, including nail and skin treatments, corn and callus removal, and ingrown toenail management.
- Assess and manage musculoskeletal foot and ankle conditions, including heel pain and plantar fasciitis.
- Deliver diabetic foot assessments and preventative foot care.
- Prescribe and fit custom orthotics where appropriate.




- Utilise advanced treatment modalities such as shockwave and laser therapy (training provided if required).
- Educate patients on foot health, injury prevention, and ongoing self-management.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the wider healthcare team when necessary.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Podiatry.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Excellent clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Professional indemnity insurance and ABN (or willingness to obtain) for contractor engagement.
