No weekends. Admin time built into every day. Half days around school pick ups or your lifestyle. Experienced mentors. Walk and talk meetings. Coffee catch ups. Shared resource hub. A small high-quality team that has your back and is learning with you to deliver meaningful care.

4–5 days available, shaped around your life. Half days for school pick-ups or lifestyle commitments. Admin time built into your day so you actually clock off. Geographically clustered scheduling so less windshield time, more patient time. 4-day work week potential.

You're delivering real care to people who genuinely need it; aged care, falls prevention, MSK, neurological, post-surgical. Clinical autonomy with the support to use it well.

You’re probably a excellent fit if you’re…

✔ A Physiotherapist familiar with the Yarra Ranges/Maroondah region (clients grouped geographically!).
✔ Looking for a minimum of 4 days (flexible for the right candidate!).

✔ Self-directed, clinically curious, and you want to do great work and be recognised for it.
✔ Great at building client relationships and motivated to make Physio fun and engaging.

✔ Done with environments that burn you out and undervalue you.
✔ Excited to be part of a growing business where your ideas matter!!

✔ AHPRA registered, have a driver's licence and a reliable vehicle, and experience working in Australia.
