About Us

Healthy Connections Clinical Psychology is a vibrant and growing practice in the scenic lower Blue Mountains village of Blaxland — around 10 minutes from the Nepean River and an easy drive along the M4. We provide individual, family and group therapy, psychometric assessments, and consultation across the lifespan — from perinatal care through older adulthood.

Our team is passionate about improving access to high-quality, trauma-informed mental health care for the people of the Nepean/Blue Mountains region. Areas of interest within our team include complex trauma, neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD), parenting, eating disorders and older-adult wellbeing. Clinicians draw on diverse modalities such as Schema Therapy, EMDR, ACT, Family Systems, Relational and psychodynamic psychotherapies, and CBT. Healthy Connections highly values attachment-informed, relational approaches to working with our clients and community.
