General Practitioner – Full Time (Hallam VIC 3803)

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate General Practitioner to join a busy private general practice in Hallam, Victoria. This full time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $200 to $250 and flexible working hours to support a healthy work–life balance. The role is available to start immediately and is ideal for a clinician with Vocationally Registered General Practitioner with unconditional AHPRA regisration.

What You Will Do

- Provide high-quality, patient-centred primary care across a broad range of presentations including acute, chronic and preventative health needs.
- Conduct consultations, examinations, diagnostics and treatment plans in line with current clinical guidelines.
- Manage continuity of care through effective patient follow-up, referrals and communication with allied health and specialist services.
- Perform minor procedures and procedural sedation as appropriate to your skills and scope of practice.
- Contribute to practice quality improvement, clinical governance and record-keeping with clear, timely documentation.

Who We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: FRACGP with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience: 1–2 years of clinical practice in general practice or an equivalent primary care setting.
- Skills: Strong clinical decision-making, excellent communication, and a patient-focused approach to care.
