- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a general practice setting
- Support GPs with clinical duties such as immunisations, wound care, and chronic disease management
- Coordinate patient care and assist with health assessments and care plans
- Contribute to health education and promotion within the community
About You:
- AHPRA-registered Registered/Enrolled Nurse with a passion for community healthcare
- Knowledge of general practice nursing and an understanding of chronic disease management highly regarded but not essential as training can be provided.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Accomplished at managing patient care and building rapport with patients
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
