Occupational Therapist (Full Time) — Moving Mountains Village

At Moving Mountains Village, we do things a little differently. Our team is small, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in each other, so that every child and family we work with gets the time, care and attention they deserve.

We're looking for an OT who wants to feel that difference every day.

The work itself

You'll be supporting children and families using a strength-based, neurodiverse-affirming approach, working across clinic, daycare, school and community settings. The role is all about building genuine relationships and helping families move toward goals that really matter to them.

You might be a great fit if you:

Are a qualified OT with AHPRA registration

Have paediatric experience, or a real pull toward early intervention

Love working closely with families and building trust over time

Are kind, curious, and open to always learning and doing things a little differently

Bring your whole self to the team, you pitch in, share ideas and lift others up

**This role is also open to new graduates with a strong interest in paediatrics
