Charter Diligence

Sydney

Our Client

Our client is a major NSW Government justice agency supporting the delivery of courts, tribunals and community justice services across Recent South Wales. This opportunity sits within a specialist tribunal environment that helps resolve civil and administrative matters and provides accessible pathways to justice for individuals and the broader community.

The team supports a protective jurisdiction responsible for applications involving adults who may have difficulty making certain decisions independently, including matters where a substitute decision maker may need to be appointed. The work requires accuracy, confidentiality and sensitivity when handling legal records and interacting with members of the public.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the NSW Government justice sector while working in a busy, structured and purpose-driven registry environment.

Why Contract With Us

At Charter Diligence, we go beyond just placement — we support our contractors with practical benefits that reflect real-life needs. All contractors engaged through us have access to early cash advances on approved timesheets, offering flexibility in cases of unforeseen expenses or cash flow challenges. Unlike traditional labour hire providers, we understand that life doesn’t always align with a pay cycle — and we're here to help when it matters most. Well, ask your mates if they’re already a Charter Diligence Contractor — chances are, they’re already benefiting from the support we provide.

About the Role

We are seeking four energetic and reliable Registry Officers to provide high-volume administrative, document and customer service support within a busy Sydney CBD legal registry.

This is a hands-on position where you will spend significant parts of the day processing, scanning, filing and physically moving case files. You will also support reception, respond to straightforward enquiries and ensure documents and correspondence are accurately recorded and distributed.

The environment is fast paced and deadline driven, making this opportunity particularly suited to candidates who enjoy staying active, can maintain accuracy through repetitive high-volume work and are comfortable balancing physical file handling with computer-based administration.

Registry positions in comparable Australian tribunal and court environments commonly involve maintaining physical and electronic records, processing correspondence, responding to public enquiries, supporting case management activities and ensuring documents are handled in accordance with established procedures.
