ABOUT THE ROLE

Griffin Medical Centre is looking for a General Practitioner with a strong interest in Women's Health to join our established, owner-operated practice.

We're the only medical centre serving approximately 14,000 residents in one of Queensland's fastest-growing family corridors. Strong, consistent demand for Women's Health services including reproductive health, contraception, pregnancy care, menopause management, and preventative screening.

This role is for GPs who:

- Value quality over volume
- Want time to provide thorough Women's Health care
- Seek procedural capacity with nursing support
- Prefer clinical autonomy within a structured, supportive environment

Our billing model (70/30 split) supports longer consults. You won't be pressured to rush through complex Women's Health consultations to hit volume targets.

WHAT YOU GET

Financial:





- 65%-70% billings
- Full-time or part-time (flexible days/sessions, no minimum commitment)
- Capacity for up to 2.0 FTE now, with room for another 1.0 FTE in ~6 months

- On-site allied health: physio, podiatry, dietician, chiropractic (psychologist onboarding in 6 weeks)

- 9 consult rooms, 2 treatment rooms, 2 nurses
- Existing GPs actively support smooth onboarding and patient transfers

SELECTION CRITERIA

Essential:

- AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner
- Fellowship of RACGP or ACRRM (or working toward)
- Demonstrated interest or experience in Women's Health

Desirable:

- Procedural experience (IUDs, Implanon, antenatal care, menopause management)
- Experience in high-demand or underserved communities
- Collaborative, low-ego approach to team-based care
