Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP PM / AWM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (PM/EAM) application support, configuration and implementation. The role will involve supporting SAP ECC 6.0 / S/4HANA environments, resolving incidents, managing master data and working across SAP and non-SAP integrations.

- Purchase Requisitions and Release Strategies
- LSMW / data migration and mass data loads
- Functional specifications and enhancements
- Testing: UAT, Integration & Regression Testing using HPQC ALM / SAP CALM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for SAP PM/EAM processes and resolve incidents, service requests and problems.
- Overhaul and restructure Plant Maintenance master data and manage equipment/functional location migration.
- Implement alternate labelling for external and system-driven Functional Locations.
- Create and manage data migration loads using LSMW.
- Configure and maintain SAP PM processes based on business requirements.
- Work with Technical Objects, Classes, Characteristics,
PM Catalogs and Maintenance Plans.
- Support PM integration with SAP MM, including purchase requisitions, release strategies, kitting and vendor-managed processes.
- Develop functional specifications for enhancements and coordinate with technical teams.
- Support Fleet technology and Equipment Master configuration.
- Conduct UAT, integration and regression testing and support defect resolution.
- Monitor production systems and proactively identify application-related issues.
- Coordinate with global implementation teams for application rollouts and releases.
- Support release management for new functionality, enhancements and bug fixes.
- Analyse business requirements and determine operational feasibility.
- Provide independent problem-solving and ensure timely resolution in line with business requirements.
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to GIS and Linear Asset Management.
- Experience with SAP PS and Production Planning (PP).
- Experience working with SAP and non-SAP interfaces.
- Team management and customer-facing experience.
- Experience maintaining existing SAP business solutions based on user requirements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
Required Skills
- 7–10 years of SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP PM/EAM expertise.
- Strong application support and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a global team.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
