Stewarts Bay Lodge in port Authur is seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team for the upcoming summer season and beyond.

About Stewarts Bay Lodge

Stewarts Bay Lodge is a self-contained cabin and chalet retreat set on a 22-acre (nine-hectare) property on the shores of Stewarts Bay in Port Arthur, on Tasmania's Tasman Peninsula, just 90 minutes from Hobart. Nestled between a white-sand beach, native forest, and a world heritage-listed national park, and just a short walk from Australia's renowned Port Arthur Historic Site, the lodge offers fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, and lounge areas in each cabin, along with heating, air conditioning, and electric blankets. Some chalets feature spa baths and large sunny decks with water views, and the in office restaurant, On the Bay, serves innovative dishes and fresh local seafood alongside an extensive wine list, with two log fireplaces for cooler evenings.

The Role





As a valued member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for:

- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to a high standard
- Replenishing amenities and maintaining presentation standards
- Reporting maintenance requirements
- Working efficiently, either independently or as part of a team

About You
