Food and Beverage Talent Register
This register will be used to identify interested people for casual appointments to our Food and Beverage Attendant or Supervisor roles to provide consistent and high-quality food and beverage services, exceptional presentation and service delivery to all clients and patrons whilst forming an integral part of a strong, supportive and professional team.
When an prospect arises, we’ll use this register to look for talented and interested people and arrange for a quick chat to ensure you’ll be suitable for the role.
About the role:
The successful applicant will demonstrate
- Serve food and drinks before shows and during intermissions
- Operate as section waiter, host & bar in 50 pax city bistro
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Provide warm, professional service to patrons
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
About you

POSITION SUMMARY – F&B; and Event Service Expert

Our F&B; Service Experts is skilled in a wide range of event functions and able to take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests’ experience is well taken care of from start to finish. Whether setting tables and event materials communicating with the kitchen, interacting, and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the F&B; Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
