GOTHAM, the Current York-inspired cocktail bar by LARK Distilling Co., seeks a Kitchen Porter in Hobart to support kitchen, bar and back-of-house cleanliness and safety. No prior hospitality experience is required, with full training provided.

The role aids chefs and service staff to maintain an efficient environment for exceptional guest experiences. Typical shifts are Thursday to Saturday, 5:00pm to Midnight, with approximately 20 hours per week and an immediate start.
