Join our friendly, family-run holiday letting high-rise apartment building in the heart of beautiful Mooloolaba.

Training period for this role will commence Monday 26th October 2026.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Front Office Receptionist to become a key part of our team. In this role, you will help deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy holiday accommodation property. Permanent part‑time minimum 32hrs per week.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily front desk operations, including guest check‑ins,



check‑outs, and room allocations

Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and roster the housekeeping department accordingly

Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and apartment owners

Handle guest enquiries professionally and efficiently

Maintain a welcoming, organised, and guest‑focused environment

Administrative assistance to the Manager

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in front office or reception roles

Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills

Experience using property management systems and reservation software (Resly experience highly regarded)

A professional and friendly approach to guest service

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
