Key skills, experience or attributes that we are looking for:

- Experience guiding and leading groups or tours (desirable), with the ability to deliver high-quality commentary.
- Robust customer service skills in a friendly, approachable manner.




- A collaborative team player who can work effectively with drivers, pier supervisors and shipboard teams to deliver high-quality tour experience.
- Calm and composed during emergencies, with strong safety awareness and sound incident response skills.
- Strong attention to detail, resilience when facing setbacks and the ability to think quickly on your feet.

It is beneficial if you can provide a Certificate in Tour Guiding or acreditation from tour guide association, but not essential.
