Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to assist customers in day program and individual supports in Forster NSW. The role includes personal care, community access, and 1:1 or 1:3 support, with shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

You will mentor clients, help with cooking and daily living skills, and maintain notes. A driver's licence, First Aid, and NDIS screening are required or willingness to obtain them.
