This leading sales organisation has a solid focus onits people. They enjoy continued success and are constantly developing their offering. To help with their growth and drive they need a commercial Human Resources Leader that can facilitate growth and navigate them through change whilst keeping their strong culture.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will partner with a client group of professionals to coach and collaborate with Managers to ensure that their business unit adds value to the organisation. You will also provide day to day Human Resources best practice like Recruitment, ER, Remuneration, Performance management, talent management and strategic workforce planning.

This is a great opportunity that will suit someone that has the ability to work collaboratively, is able to inspire, coach and develop others whilst managing change and lead projects with confidence.
