Brand & Campaign Manager - Australian Fashion (12-14 Month Contract)

About the role

This is a fixed term Brand & Campaign Manager role (Parental Leave Cover - 12-14 months) with Fleur Collective, a homegrown Australian independent fashion brand known for comfortable, confidence-boosting Australian Made clothing.

You’ll be stepping into a well-oiled, high-performing marketing team, taking over from a much-loved Marketing Manager who is heading off on parental leave. You’ll inherit robust foundations, established processes and a capable team who know the brand and work brilliantly together. Our dream is that you come on board with a few months cross over to with our departing mama to be to absorb all thing Fleur Collective before she brings her precious little human into our world.

You will lead marketing across all channels with a strong focus on organic opportunities, lead with autonomy in creating and executing strategies, and bring fresh energy and ideas to an already successful marketing function.

And lets not overlook our location - nestled in the heart of Burleigh Heads industrial hub in close proximity to Treetops, James Street, the motorway and with ample onsite parking. Tallebudgera hill is our back yard, so think trees, birds and peace and quiet. We have a dedicated mobile coffee van who makes the BEST coffee and a lunch truck servicing our daily needs - what more could you ask for?

Key responsibilities

Drive brand growth and customer acquisition across all channels with specific focus on organic opportunities

Lead photoshoot production from concept to delivery – developing creative concepts, coordinating shoots,



and ensuring final assets are on-brand and ready across all marketing channels

Plan and execute weekly release comms strategies to keep loyal customers engaged and excited

Own CRM and database growth – maximise the value of customer database through segmentation, lifecycle marketing, automated flows, retention strategies, reactivation and ongoing testing

Lead email marketing – from campaign strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation and performance analysis

Own content and influencer strategy – from concept through to outreach, partnerships and execution

Shape and protect the brand across every customer touchpoint

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of junior marketing specialists

Get hands-on and proactive – turn ideas into action quickly

About you

Proven marketing experience with a track record in brand growth and customer acquisition

Strong skills in CRM, email marketing, content creation, and influencer outreach

Strategic thinker with a creative flair and hands-on approach

Confident in leading and developing a small but mighty team

Hungry to take ownership, solve problems, and push for results whilst stamping your own signature on what you create

Passion for fashion, branding, and creating exceptional customer experiences
