HR Business Partner/ Employee Relations Business Partner

OPPORTUNITY

Support the HR Team and wider organisation as the Employee & Industrial Relations Business Partner- escalated matters.

Working in a sizeable HR team, you will partner with the business and support two HR Business Partners in managing employee & industrial relations matters.

The types of matters will be diverse and will include; Investigations, disciplinary/grievance, bullying/harassment, general protections, and performance-related matters.

You will also drive ER/IR projects, from training to leading EA negotiations.

You will have the support of an impressive HR/IR manager when needed.

SUITED TO

Naturally, you will enjoy dealing with complex employment law matters, you will be a critical thinker and enjoy taking the lead in escalated matters, and will have the support of a great HR/IR Manager when required, otherwise, you’re in the driver's seat.





You’re currently an experienced HR with a love for all things ER/IR and you are looking to continue to build out this skill set and be seen as the SME in this space.

OR you’re coming from an employment law background- enjoying the ER/IR piece and looking to be the SME in this space and also educate the HR team and wider business. You may also be looking for more of a work/lifestyle balance- reducing your workload or case management load that you’re currently managing. Whilst there is volume in this role, you’re also working alongside two very competent HR Business Partners and a wider HR team.

Please note: Legal qualifications are not necessary as this position supports and sits within the HR team.
