Key Responsibilities

- Support the Store Manager in creating a high-performance culture.
- Hit and exceed sales, service, and KPI targets.

- Oversee ops, manage stock, and support loss prevention.
- Take charge in the Store Manager’s absence and keep the momentum strong.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years in retail management, ideally in apparel or footwear.
- Proven ability to smash targets while delivering standout customer service.
- Adaptable, proactive, and ready to lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and build customer loyalty.
- Ready to work weekends, evenings, and retail peak periods—when it counts most.
