This role leads Council’s fleet, depot and mechanical services across Katoomba and Springwood Depots. It manages fleet maintenance, renewal, compliance and depot operations, while balancing safety, service delivery, asset performance, budgets and customer needs.

We are seeking a strong operational leader with fleet management experience, relevant trade or tertiary qualifications, sound WHS and compliance knowledge, budget and procurement experience, solid communication skills, and commitment to customer service, continuous improvement and safe work practices.

A motor vehicle is available with this position.

Remuneration: base salary commencing at $118,950 gross per annum

- + 12% superannuation
- + annual performance-based salary increases / bonus (1-3.5%)
- + annual award increase
