What your week looks like
- Delivering person-centred paediatric OT services that support meaningful outcomes
- Building practical strategies with children, families, carers and support networks
- Working across community, home, school and clinic settings, helping kids achieve their goals where they live, learn and play
- Developing evidence-informed intervention plans tailored to each child's needs
- Collaborating with Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists who genuinely value your input
- Contributing to a neuro-affirming and innovative clinical culture
- Receiving supervision and mentoring that helps you develop your own clinical style, not just tick boxes
- Celebrating wins together and supporting each other through challenges
Your caseload
Varied, rewarding and genuinely interesting. You'll work with paediatric and adolescent clients across areas including:
- Autism
- Developmental delay
- Intellectual disability
- Cerebral palsy and physical disability
- Sensory processing and self-regulation
- Fine motor, play and daily living skills
