Home Caring (Bankstown) Pty Ltd is seeking a Community Support Worker in NSW to coordinate client care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and support frontline staff within our home care service. The role is full time, 38 hours per week, with a focus on high-quality, culturally sensitive care.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma of Community Services or a degree in Social Work, 2 years’ experience, First Aid/CPR, NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and strong communication skills in English;
