What you will be doing

- Managing your own file load across property settlements, parenting matters and divorce
- Advising clients on consent orders, de facto disputes and financial disclosure
- Drafting affidavits, applications and correspondence that stand up in court
- Attending mediations, settlement conferences and court alongside senior practitionersBuilding the client relationships that become referrals and repeat work

What you will bring

- Admission to practice in Queensland with a current practising certificate
- 1+ year post-admission experience, with some exposure to family law
- Sharp drafting and transparent, human communication
