Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will work alongside a team of highly skilled BMW and MINI technicians within our modern Somersby workshop.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out scheduled maintenance, inspections,



diagnostics, and repairs on BMW and MINI vehicles
- Performing accurate fault diagnosis using BMW diagnostic equipment and technology
- Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally
- Following BMW repair procedures, technical standards, and dealership processes
- Maintaining communication with Workshop Controllers, Workshop Managers, and Service Advisors throughout the repair process
- Supporting a positive and cooperative workshop culture
- Providing technical support and guidance to colleagues (Senior Technician level)

For the Senior Technician position, additional experience in:

- Complex diagnostics
- Technical problem solving
- Supporting and mentoring other technicians
