About the Position

We are seeking a motivated Counter Sales Representative to join a busy and fast-paced team in Acacia Ridge. This role is focused on providing outstanding customer service to trade and commercial customers while supporting day-to-day sales operations. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, assisting with product enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customers receive a skilled and efficient service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve and assist walk-in trade and commercial customers
- Process sales orders and customer enquiries
- Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly
- Prepare invoices, credits, and sales documentation
- Pick and prepare small customer orders
- Replenish stock and maintain shelf presentation
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders




- Support daily store and sales operations

Skills and Experience Required

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer and data entry skills
- Ability to build rapport with trade and commercial customers
- Experience in a trade, industrial, or blue-collar environment (preferred)
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
