Rogers Resourcing is seeking a Workshop Manager for a residential role in Kalgoorlie-Boulder. The successful candidate will lead a boilermaker team both in workshop and on mine-site projects, reading engineering drawings and ensuring fabrication to spec.
This is a long-term, on-site position with relocation prospects. You will liaise with clients, manage in office projects, and drive workmanship standards across structural, mechanical and piping works.
