At QUT’s Graduate School of Business, we are leaders in life-long learning, enabling our students to reach their full potential. Our range of course offerings cover short courses and graduate certificates through to our MBA programs.
Our mission is to co-create accessible and impactful executive education experiences alongside industry, government, non-profit sectors and our community. These industry-collaborated programs aim to benefit organisations and society in our complex world. We achieve this by working with our partners to design and deliver research-led programs that aim to develop high-performing, future-focused leaders who can respond with agility to changing operating environments.

Extensive senior leadership and organisational experience in executive education, postgraduate education, business development or a closely related field.
Demonstrated success in external engagement, relationship building and market development with senior industry, government or professional stakeholders.
Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with experience shaping education portfolios or opportunity pipelines in competitive markets.
Proven ability to lead through influence in matrixed environments without direct authority over academic or operational delivery teams.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading senior roles such as Program Directors.
Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
Strong judgement and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance opportunity, risk and organisational capacity.
Experience operating within complex governance environments and respecting academic and institutional frameworks.
