You’ll lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization, identify churn risk, migrations, and upsell opportunities, and apply DR&R; expertise to conduct recovery simulations and quarterly resilience reporting for measurable value.

The role requires mid to senior-level technical ownership, with solid collaboration across stakeholders and a focus on ARR growth
