Latitude IT in Australia seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a modernisation of a flagship data intelligence SaaS tool. The role covers two squads across Sydney and Melbourne, migrating from legacy Java/Tapestry to React, TypeScript and Node.

You’ll stay hands‑on enough to review design decisions, debug issues, and defend migration priorities while coordinating with shared services. Hybrid, 4 days in-office in Melbourne or Sydney, with a package up to AUD 230k base + super + 10% bonus.
