- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a General Practitioner
- FRACGP, FACRRM or Vocational Registration
- Minimum 2 years’ GP experience in the last 5 years in a GP Setting (GPT counts)
- Current CPR certification (HLTAID009) - within last 12 months
- Australian Citizenship required (Baseline Security Clearance)
- Commitment to CPD and ethical, patient-centred care

Special interest in Mental Health, Skin, Sexual Health, Occupational/Sports Medicine

About the practice

Cerberus Health Centre is located at HMAS Cerberus in Westernport (adjacent to Crib Point on the Mornington Peninsula).



This Naval base has approximately 4000 members and is the primary training establishment for young recruits (about 6000 personnel trained annually), averaging 800 trainees onboard at any one time. The health centre provides primary medical, outpatient, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health, and pharmaceutical services. RN led 30 bed low dependency ward which operates 24/7 with GP on-call. The standard operating hours are generally 07:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday. Weekday & weekend on-call shifts equally shared.
