Compass Education in Australia seeks a Head of Compliance to build and lead a structured compliance function within a high-growth SaaS workplace. Reporting to the CFO, you will own enterprise risk, information security (ISO 27001) and multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance across AU, UK and Ireland.

You’ll develop policies, oversee audits and third‑party compliance, partner with Product and Engineering, and drive a culture of proactive risk management while scaling the compliance program
