I am currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager to join a reputable builder delivering a $40M Retirement Living Development in North side of Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a significant project from the early stages through to completion, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Project

- $40M Retirement Assisted Living Development
- 50 Independent Living Units
- Basement + 5 Storey Construction
- Currently at Bulk Earthworks Stage
- 18-Month Programme
- Located in Chermside

The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the full execution and delivery of the project, including:

- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
- Driving programme and project milestones
- Managing safety, quality and compliance requirements
- Liaising with project stakeholders, consultants and the wider project team
- Ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget

About You





- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial, residential, aged care or retirement living projects
- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects from groundworks through to completion
- Excellent understanding of WHS, QA and site management processes
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Immediate availability highly regarded
