About the role:

- Urgent opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a specialist property team
- Strong mix of work including:
- Off-the-plan sales (developer-side and purchaser-side)
- High-net-worth residential conveyancing (high-end matters)
- Corporate/commercial property support and broader transactional work
- 15–20% mixed leasing, with the balance genuinely interesting, premium matters
- Hands-on role with real autonomy and direct client access
- High-performing team with a modern approach to delivery and systems

The ideal candidate:

- Senior Associate level property lawyer with strong transactional experience
- Comfortable running matters end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills
- Experienced across conveyancing and contract work,



ideally with exposure to:
- Off-the-plan matters and/or developer work
- HNW residential transactions
- Leasing (retail/commercial)
- Sharp, commercial, and responsive under deadlines
