Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with children and their families? Our client is seeking a dedicated Paediatric Occupational Therapist Contractor to join their supportive and cooperative multidisciplinary team in Western Australia.

About the Role
As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children
- Support children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, autism spectrum disorder, and other developmental needs
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans tailored to client goals
- Monitor and evaluate therapy outcomes, adapting interventions as required
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators, and allied health professionals
- Participate in multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary service delivery
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and progress notes
- Contribute to community education and advocacy initiatives
- Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision opportunities

Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA Registration (or eligibility)
- Knowledge of paediatric assessments and interventions
- Strong organisational and caseload management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
⭐ Desirable
- Previous experience in developmental paediatrics
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Experience working within NDIS and community-based settings
