We’re seeking passionate Certificate III Educators, Diploma Educators and Early Childhood Teachers to join our team.

About the Role

As an educator at CMCC, you’ll help create engaging,



inclusive and inspiring learning environments where children feel safe, valued and capable.

You will:

Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families

Deliver educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

Support learning through intentional teaching and play-based experiences

Observe, document and celebrate children’s learning and development

Contribute to a positive team culture

✅ Maintain a safe environment in line with the National Quality Standard and regulatory requirements

About You

You’ll have:

Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

✅ Current Working with Children Check

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (HLTAID012), or willingness to obtain

A genuine passion for early childhood education

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement
