Contract AI Platform & Trial Operations Lead

Your new companyA large government department is investing heavily in AI and emerging technologies and is seeking an AI Platform & Trial Operations Lead to help establish the environments, processes and controls required to scale AI adoption safely and effectively.
Your new roleYou'll lead the setup of AI trial and pre-production environments, support AI platform onboarding, and develop the operational frameworks required to take AI solutions from proof of concept through to production. Working across cloud, architecture, security and engineering teams, you'll help define how AI capabilities are deployed, governed and supported at scale.
What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps or Cloud Engineering
- Exposure to AI/ML platforms, MLOps or AI service delivery
- Azure and/or AWS experience
- Strong understanding of CI/CD,



release management and operational controls
- Experience supporting PoCs, pilots and production deployments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Tech environment: Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS AI Services, MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD and Enterprise Cloud Platforms.
