Accounts Officer | Ongoing temp chance supporting a busy finance team

Your new companyAn established and growing business based on the southern Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a hands-on role supporting the finance function and offers the opportunity to work within a friendly, collaborative office environment.
Your new roleReporting to the finance team, you will be responsible for a range of accounts duties, including:

- Accounts Payable processing
- Accounts Receivable management
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with month-end tasks
- Handling general finance administration duties
- Using Xero on a daily basis

What you'll need to succeed





- Previous experience in an Accounts Officer or Accounts All-Rounder position
- Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience using Xero
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
- Strong organisational and communication skills
