Fineform Concrete Pty Ltd is a leading contractor in formwork and concrete construction across Western Australia. Based in Welshpool, we specialise in high-quality commercial and civil projects. Our team is known for precision, safety, and professionalism.

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Carpenter to join our full-time workforce.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Interpret technical drawings and formwork designs to accurately determine materials, measurements, and construction requirements for civil and structural concrete works.
- Select, measure, and cut timber and other formwork materials to specifications required for complex industrial, commercial, and high-rise projects.
- Construct and install custom formwork systems for concrete foundations, walls, columns, slabs, and suspended structures.
- Assemble and erect framework and falsework, ensuring structural integrity and precise alignment in accordance with project tolerances.




- Collaborate with site supervisors and concreting teams to ensure formwork is completed and ready for timely concrete placement.
- Install reinforcements and embedded fixtures into formwork as per engineering specifications and site requirements.
- Dismantle and strip formwork post-pour while preserving reusable materials and maintaining site safety standards.
- Carry out formwork repairs, adjustments, and modifications to accommodate design changes or project-specific needs.
- Operate and maintain carpentry tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency
- Adhere to FineForm's safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free work environment on remote, metro, and offshore sites.

Requirements:

- Relevant qualification
- Minimum 2-3years' carpentry experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 + superannuation
