Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a financial planning business focused on delivering insurance, superannuation and strategic financial advice. They are seeking an experienced Financial & Insurance Adviser to join the team on a permanent part-time basis.
What's in it for you?
- $100,000 - $135,000 + Super (Pro rata)
- Versatile permanent part time position (3 days per week)
- Existing client portfolio with no requirement to grow the book
- Back office support from experienced admin and paraplanning teams

What you’ll do:
- Take ownership of an established portfolio of clients
- Conduct structured annual client reviews and ongoing advice meetings
- Identify opportunities where clients may benefit from broader strategic advice
- Work collaboratively with offshore admin and paraplanning teams
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies and service delivery
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in insurance and superannuation advice
- Strong compliance mindset and high attention to detail
- Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating with the wider team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in technology and AI-enabled advice delivery
