People & Culture Business Partner
Full-time position based in one of Sureway's offices in the Brisbane area - Ipswich, Greenslopes, Inala, Wynnum.

About the Role
Sureway is growing, and our People & Culture team is expanding to support the next phase of the business.
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to support leaders across employment services, inclusive employment programs, counselling and training.
This is an operational HR role with a strong focus on employee relations. You will partner with leaders to manage workforce issues and drive consistent people practices.
You will:
- Manage performance, conduct and disciplinary matters end-to-end
- Lead and support workplace investigations
- Coach leaders on performance and decision making
- Manage absenteeism and attendance issues
- Support probation management and terminations
- Provide clear, practical HR advice to leaders
You will be required to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions and operate with confidence.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, not just advisory work, offering exposure across employment, training and health programs.

Experience Required
- HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience
- Strong experience managing performance, misconduct and terminations
- Experience with investigations and complex IR matters
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation
- Experience supporting operational or multi-site workforces
- Experience in employment services, training, health or community sector desirable
