Delivering projects ranging from $5M to$30M, they specialise in high-quality commercial refurbishments and interiorfit-outs throughout the CBD. With a strong pipeline of secured work andcontinued growth, they are looking to bring on a driven Site Supervisor to joina supportive and collaborative team. Your new role
Due to a strong influxof new projects, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisorto oversee commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects valued up to $5M.Reporting into an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinatingtrades, managing subcontractors, maintaining programme requirements, andensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

You will play a keyrole on site, driving productivity, maintaining quality control, and buildingstrong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
What you'll need to succeed





Trade-qualified background within construction Previous experience supervising commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Sound understanding of site safety and quality requirements Stable employment history and positive industry references Ability to work rostered Saturdays as required
