The Accounts Officer will assist the Finance Manager with a variety of high-level functions ensuring efficient and smooth business operations and provide high quality services. The Accounts Officer key duties will include:

- Processing accounts receivable tasks.
- Managing customer receipts & reconciliations.
- Chasing any outstanding payments.
- Resolve customer queries.
- Processing & issuing credit notes
- Managing customer accounts.
- Bank reconciliations




- Processing month end journals
- Supporting the finance manager with additional tasks.

Key skills required:

- Experience of being in a similar role
- Confident with Accounts Receivable processes
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes
- Excellent & confident communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Confident with systems including excel
